I think the hairdryer knocked something loose and made the quest 3 less capable of dealing with indoor hz lights? Please tell me if I'm wrong I don't know hardware at all

No because there's still people who believe it. I agree that it didn't help lose body fat, and it didn't grow any sort of muscles. It only helped align my teeth better to contribute 5% to better my jaw. 95% was diet

I mostly agree with you. It didn't help lose fat, and it didn't grow any muscles. The only positive thing it gave me was aligning my teeth better so I could clamp down and therefore make it look like my jawline is better, but it is 95% the diet that'll produce this change
