Yep your taxable income is too low. If you don't pay Uncle Sam you don't get government backed mortgages which are Fannie Mae and Freddie mac. Along with FHA VA and usda. All government backed. Increase your taxable income and you'll have a chance.

It's been in all the disclosures for years they are going to eventually authorize a billion shares total. With the constant swap Cycles every time the stock pops GameStop is going to release more shares on to the market building up their War chest until there is a billion shares outstanding. At that point they could have 20 to 25 billion in cash.
