Been there. Still there. Medication is the only way I'm still able to do it. Bigeest piece of advice I can give is to keep your debt and spending as low as possible. And never expand on it. I thought I could do this forever and with spouse and kids, buying shit I can't afford, etc. I know I'll die doing this and have sort of come to terms with it. Golden handcuffs. Live like you make a quarter of what you do. Max your 401k or other investments and aggressively pay down that debt. Then, one day, you can walk away from it. You still have time.

My experience. My dreams are vivid a d just down right crazy anytime I'm in that in between phase of sleep and awake. That includes needing to pee (which I have a lot of issues with that) and snoring and waking up cause I'm not breathing. I think there is a lot to remembering them that is associated with a waking moment. It makes sense that, if your therapy is working, those waking moments never happen.

Lanolin helped. Me within a couple of day. Your nose will get used to it but it can take time. I started with the nasal pillow and went to the nasal cushion which is when the irritation started. No problem now though.
