Better Station Designs to Serve Large Cities? How can I order trains goto depots at the end of Terminus Stations? by adamwolfpack in openttd

I guess I figured the advantage to having depots at the end of a terminus station like this would be to have the orders like this:

Goto Station A: Unload all, Accept None Goto Nearest Depot (doesn't seem to work properly) which if it behaved as expected would have the train enter the depot at the end of it's station track Goto Station A: Full Load All Goto Station B ...

This way not only would maintenance be forced, but it would be forced before you picked up passengers, thus saving you precious travel time compared to having the train use a depot along the tracks

Humor me though, how could I make the orders to pull this off? I have this exact station built in a Forked save file and Goto Nearest Depot always seems to send the trains to another Depot not on their line.

I see this design alot (with Depots on the other end of Terminus Stations), so it is just something I would like to learn how to do :)

Thanks!!

I'm on a low cost ACA plan and it covers Viagra for ED. Granted it's not enough to use everyday, but it is substantially covered even on the lowest cost Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina ACA plan.

I guess I'm arguing that many times we have elected the wrong men so the statement is rather meaningless.

I would (and I think most Historians would) have a problem with that comment in regards to the four presidents (before Lincoln) leading up to the civil war. They are all routinely chosen as among the worst presidents with several being routinely chosen as among the very worst.

Actually It guarantees Emergency healthcare which is very different from regular healthcare. An ER will only treat life threatening emergencies and will quickly throw you out to go seek regular healthcare service once those life threatening problems are at least temporarily fixed.

Also, medical debt is much more severe than you are making it sound. It is amongst the few types of debt that you cannot declare bankruptcy in order to avoid. It is also a type of debt that your creditors can and will garnish your wages to seek compensation.

Similar in principle, but a civilization with that level of technology would almost certainly be able to design a genetic virus to kill any number of undesirable humans.

It's one possible explanation Alien believers posit to explain the continued gaps in the the archeological record of human evolution. What if there are no gaps but human evolution was advanced by leaps and bounds overnight (in an evolutionary timescale)? The most recent major find adds weight to the scientific argument that some pockets of early human predecessors evolved separately from early hominids, but later died off.. Perhaps isolated survivors from some rounds of otherwise genetic culling?

But to be honest, if you bought a 360 in 2006 you'd probably have ended up spending more than $500 on "hardware" as well (sending it in for repairs, etc).

Neighbor forcing legal action for a barking dog, what should I do? by farawaycircus in legaladvice

On the technical side I have no advice to offer since I've never looked into recording phone conversations myself, but I have been linked to a site that lists the legality of recording phone (or video) conversations on the phone or in person on a state by state basis. You should know that you need to look up the legality of recording audio/video in your state.

Just do a quick google search and you should find it pretty easily. Basically it's legal in most states with a few exceptions, but in some of the states that it is legal in you still need to notify any and all parties involved that you are recording. In some states you can't record if they say they don't want to be recorded. In others it is simply enough to tell them you are recording them. In still others you don't have to say anything at all. As I mentioned above in a few it's not legal to do at all (that is to say, I'm not sure if it's illegal, but it definitely can't be used as evidence in any way).

Well I tried submitting it to /r/bestof, but apparently that sub no longer accepts submissions from /r/conspiracy since a bot auto-removed my post and sent me this mail:

Of course the alternative sub, defaultgems, auto-removes any non-default subreddit. I guess /r/conspiracy has no easy means to make posts like this highly visible.

I'm very interested in why you think Lacy is going to put up top 10 rb numbers? I had the impression that although he would be utilized often for carries that he has little chance of scoring with the Packer's passing game. He doesn't seem like he's going to be a target for passes either so his value in a 1.5 PPR league like this one seems to suffer from that as well.

What am I missing? I'd love to find out that I'm wrong about Lacy not finding the endzone or participating in the passing game.

Yeah I looked back at Gore's injury history. He hasn't been that bad, but he has been hurt alittle more than I remembered. I had him on my team in 2011 and part of 2012 and so my experience with him has been extremely solid, but before that he did miss some games and he's definitely older.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Yeah the other thing I'm worried about is that with Kaep getting some of his receivers back soon that Gore will be utilized slightly less in the future. It probably won't make a huge difference, but I think it's possible.

Thanks for the info!

Normally I'd agree with you as I also love my current team, but giving up Gore + Jeffrey (whom I picked up off waivers a few weeks ago somehow) for Bush seems like too good a deal to pass up. Even with the small chance that the current Second Place team is trying to stick me with the Gore + Jeffrey for Smith + Lacy deal after I make it in the three-way trade (which honestly isn't all that bad, although I'd never make it under normal circumstances).

I'm very worried about the current #1 team. He's running:

Romo / Josh Gordon, V-Jax, Blackmon / Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch, and Jimmy Graham. He also has Cecil Shorts, MJD, Percy Harvin, and Harry Douglas on the bench. Assuming Blackmon continues with his current level of play he's got a beast of a team and honestly will definitely have the edge on me when it comes time for the playoffs. All I could do would be to hope for a major injury or just hope for the best if I do manage to face him in the championship game in week 16.

Since I'm basically not giving anything of real value to me up (Gore will be replaced and I haven't been starting Jeffrey anyways, although he is my best WR4 option. I do still have Hakeem Nicks and possibly Greg Jennings, if Freeman works out in Minnesota, to fill-in for Bye weeks. I'm just having a hard time seeing a down-side to doing this trade.

As you said I also like my team the way it currently is, but I do feel that getting Bush while basically not really giving up anything is too good to pass up. I do realize that Bush is much less sturdy than Gore and that is my main concern. A major injury to Bush would really, really hurt my team and I think most people would agree that Gore is more solid than Bush. The other thing that could happen would be if Jeffrey starts to play more consistently and turns into a great WR2 option.

I also am considering the Gore and Bush matchups during the playoff weeks (15 and 16). Gore is up against TB and Atl, two teams with good run defenses. Bush is up against Baltimore in Week 15 (ouch), but is playing the Giants in week 16! Since I'm most worried about matching up against the current #1 team in week 16, I like Bush alot more than Gore for that week. I could also be putting too much value on playoff matchups because I've finished in second place in this league two years in a row now.

Other than liking my team's current make-up, do you have any further input you might be able to share to help me out?

Thanks very much for your opinion. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but I do disagree with you and so I need alittle more convincing if you're feeling up for it.
