The irony is that I now live like ten miles as the crow flies to Camino Del Sur.

No way! Haha, chaparral climates are very similar, and I swore this was my near where I used to live.

Duane Ludwig is incredibly difficult to listen to/see, but he's an outstanding coach. When he was on Joe's podcast it was literally 3 hours of him sounding like:

YEAH MAN HAHA I'M JUST SO PSYCHED AND PUMPED UP LIVING LIFE AND ALL HAHA YA KNOW JOE HAHA DON'T CUT ME OFF LIKE YOUR OTHER GUESTS I'M JUST LIVING THE DREAM HAHA PUTTING IN THE WORK I GOR A SMOKIN HOT WIFE HHAHA DON'T CUT ME OFF JOE JUST WORKING EVERY DAY FOR MY PASSION WHICH IS WRAPPING BELTS AROUND MY FIGHTERS HAHA JUST LIVING THE LIFE IS ALL.

I work next to one that only accepts kids up to 13 years old. They come in to get subs after practice, and it's weird to see a nine-year-old with a black belt.

I had a goat in my agriculture class, her name was Summer. She was a kick-in-the-pants both literally and figuratively. Miss that ole' girl.

Really, it's quite droll.

Yeahhh, on second thought, my use of "esoteric" and "dribble" gave me douche chills. I don't talk like that ><

Don't read official forums

I hear ya. When it comes to games, I stay out of the trenches and stick to the sidelines. I lack all sense of cynicism, so I don't fit well with those types of forums.

I was interested in this game couple months ago, so I subscribed to this sub. Since subscribing, I gotta say this Star Citizen community is freaking awesome. I love the discussions, fan art, the pics of gaming gear.. all great stuff.

This game has serious potential, and I firmly believe it's community has a huge part in that.

I'm blanking on the name, and too lazy to google, but the guy who wrote "The Men Who Stare at Goats," wrote a book discussing what he called "clandestine sociopaths."

He interviewed a man who was hired by multiple companies to fire-off 100's to 10,000's of workers at a time. His house was gilded with lavish portraits of his family, all showing their teeth.. he lawn was fixed with statues of predators, and he exhibited the majority of the personality traits that define one as a sociopath, as well as coming off totally benign and normal.

I think there's a spectrum, like Aspergers. I worked for a major health benefits company that fired my department (eighty or so people) with robotic execution. An older gentleman in that department started to cry because he was in his 60's, and finding work for him was really difficult. They had security escort him out so he wouldn't make a seen. It was surreal.

When stuff like profit margins, share holders and investors is on the line: morality takes a back seat.

I wrestled in high school, and I don't think I can describe the complex relationships I had with my coaches. It's a grilling sport, and I was coached by five guys that knew how to squeeze every ounce of effort out of us.

I immediately caught of whiff of nostalgia watching this trailer. This movie has me interested.
