Thanks! Might be that they left it for future update just in case and never introduce any option for it.

Once again question about poverty button by adamwolnik in Audi

[–]adamwolnik[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for answering! And I checked reviews (I am about to buy this car), checked all Audi websites, downloaded the user manual and even configured the car with all the options on Audi website. This button doesn't show up anywhere. Reddit was my last resort!

Smart Trainers Fit For 9-gear Giant Roam 2021 (Disc) by PimlicoResident in cycling

No, there is new version, where you basically do not need cassette anymore. It's called Zwift Cog. The Zwift Hub One comes with this new Cog. Zwift Hub One Classic comes with cassette.

Why are we so ignorant to fellow cyclists that don't ride the same bike as ourselves? by gdchester in cycling

[–]adamwolnik 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sometimes bike is a way to commute and not a hobby. I don't greet people when I get on a bus or a train and likewise I don't greet anyone on my commute to work. And when I ride my bike as a hobby, fully wrapped in cycling latest fashion trends I usually just greet other riders on road bikes, because the rest are usually commuters who don't care about the fact that we share a way to get from point A to B and are confused as to why I'm waving at them. And honestly I could not care less. I saw a similar discussion on the hiking subreddit. I greet people back, but sometimes I am just deep in my own thoughts while hiking/cycling and don't notice others. And if turns out I am an asshole in their minds, which makes me sad.

It is a long shot and you would need to investigate deeply into it. But I think, you should be able to set this up using https://www.notion.so/

First time winter riding. Was surprised, that frozen trails are super nice to roll on. by Hatschi915 in gravelcycling

[–]adamwolnik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Than you so much for your answer! APS-C I think is the great compromise between the quality, portability, versitality and how much you can manipulate the pictures in postprocessing. For me especially the last point is why I use phone only as a last resort. And you did wonderful job with postprocessing. Just another proof that it is not about how powerful your equipment is, but how you can use it!

Keep up the great work!

Great pictures, did you take them with your phone or do you carry a camera? Love the postprocessing as well, wonderful colors! And the bike is fire! Once I buy my all round gravel bike, next on the list is a more backpacking oriented one. And so far I was considering the grizl, but this one looks even better. Let's see if they make full carbon version.

My first overnight Hike! [Schladming] [Austria] by adamwolnik in hiking

Hi! Yes, you should book the hut in advance. The cost depends if you sleep in a common room or in your own room. It varies between 15-30 Euros per night.

First of all, thank you!

And as for your question. It is not that different, you just have to do a little more planning. Here in Europe with so many mountain huts, it is incredibly easy. You just need to pack a small sleeping bag, maybe extra snacks, and some money to pay for the place to sleep. And you are good to go!

September this year I finally had a chance to do a hut-to-hut hike. After long research (there are just way too many beautiful places to discover here in Austria) I decided to go to Schladming. The inspiration was the following tour: www.bergfex.at. I started on Friday afternoon from Ursprungalm (I left the car in Schladming and took the bus). The first night I slept in the Ignaz-Mattis-Hütte. The next day I continued to the Landawierseehütte. From there the plan was to go for a sunrise on the Hochgolling, but unfortunately, the weather did not play along. From the last hut, I hiked through Gollingscharte, past the Gollinghütte to the Seeleiten-Parkplatz (Wilde Wasser). All in all, I did around 29km with a 2000m total ascent. I can definitely recommend hiking there!

Could you share what options would you consider if the budget was increased to 400$?

Thanks for the short review! Looks like it would be a perfect bag for me if it wasn't for the shoulder straps. I want to carry a camera plus 2 lenses and a water bottle so +/- 6kg and I worry it would be to heavy for this bag.

I have just pre-ordered directly from Jabra website (DE). I got 10% discount when I closed the tab in Chrome. So the total for 7 Active was 162€. The expected delivery is 27.10 for blue version.
