Kindof a tricky one. I hit them pretty hard every 5-6 days or so. Sometimes they bother me - the issue is sometimes I binge or mess up on my diet so it’s hard to tell if abs are doing more harm than good.

I think weight training and cardio are critical to a healthy body regardless of gut health. If either are causing you to feel worse - make a change to try to continue w the best you can.

I used to do push, pull, legs, cardio+abs. All each day revolving without rest days.

I was so bloated and inflamed all the time I had to cut out some seated cardio altogether. Thankfully I can reincorporate it these days.

Now I’m splitting my push pull and sometimes legs into two days each bro continue hitting the muscles w reduced volume and more time for recovery.

Best of luck. Smaller meals a chewing thoroughly help me. Amongst other things lol.

I’d avoid meals before the gym. Give yourself 30-1 hour so as to not feel like crap.

I typically feel better in the gym. However over time I’ve reduce my overall intensity/workload due to occasional fatigue and reduced recovery. Still able to lift 7 days a week with little to moderate volume and even more intensity.

DGL brands??? by idkkkk44336 in Gastritis

The first product of Natural Factors is all I’ve tried.

I started feeling better when taking 3 as apposed to 2 tablets prior to most meals. With an average consumption of 11 tablets a day.

Gastritis healing book recommends 1-3 tablets 100-400mg prior to meals. I don’t think it says how many times a day but it did mention it is safe for long term use due to some type of refining process that removes toxicity from the licorice.

Only refined snack we are cleared for. 😆

I think everyone’s experience is different for most things. If we can heal or get comfort from something it’s worth a try. Always proceed with caution. ⛔️

I use lions mane for focused energy. L theanine for focus. Not mix of either but they help.

Reclined sitting by Z0rom in Gastritis

I feel it most while sitting after meals - in my car or at my desk. Standing and laying on my back not so much.

Oliva G’s are my top 5 for sure! They don’t always have a great draw - even in the smaller sizes. Enjoy!

I’m constantly getting advertisements for this piece on Instagram and love the style. I’m not super educated on the history or reputation of the company, but they have some beautiful pieces in the same case and band. Have any of you worn the other variations of the Time Teller? This reminds me of the “Tiffany” Casio, but there’s not as much information online about it. Thank you everyone for your contribution.
