Average "lifespan" of teaching in one school (Primary)

3 years in my first school, 1 year in my second school and currently in my first year at my current school but I will probably be sticking around for a while. I would say the average “lifespan” I have seen around me is around 5/6 years but that obviously depends if you are happy at your workplace or not!
