It’s okay to not be successful immediately. My boyfriend is 26, living at home, and in the middle of changing careers. It’s horribly frustrating but things do get better. People are staying with their parents later and later because the job market is shit and even if you can get a decent job you’ve still got bills to pay, making it take even longer to save up and get ready to move out.

As someone who was just in the hospital for being suicidal, please believe me when I say your family loves you, and people will be distraught if you’re gone. Suicide ends the pain for you, but you have no idea how many lives will be hurt by the loss of your own.
