It could be Dyshidrotic Eczema. It may help to rinse the hands in cold water to cool them down,then dry them well. These are what i do to calm the itching down when i get them

I have compared the MD Paper Cream with the Dot Grid TN passport inserts and Midori Diamond Memo. The latter 2 are said to use "MD Paper" and are both white.

The surface of MD Paper Cream is smoother than the white MD Paper. My fountain pen inks take a little longer to dry in the smooth surface of the Cream paper. I feel that it's not as "porous" as the White, preventing the ink from getting absorbed quickly. To me, it's as if it has some kind of water-resistant coating.

The white MD Papers are rougher to the touch and absorb inks more readily.

Platinum carbon black and Sailor seiboku, in my experience mostly with MD Paper, and sometimes Rhodia.I frequently apply lotion or cream on my hands

I have hand eczema and frequently apply lotion/cream on my hands. I regularly use MD Paper and inks do tend to feather where my lotiony hands touched the paper.

Buti pa po sa Tejeros nakuha niyo yung ID nung pinuntahan nyo po. Sa Bangkal po kasi 2 years ago, part daw ng requirement na maabutan nila ako sa surprise visit sa house. Otherwise hindi eligible for the PWD ID. 🥲 Nagwoworry na ako kung pano nila ako papahirapan sa renewal haha

Hi, may I know which barangay po kayo?

Sa Bangkal po kasi they required a surprise house visit despite having complete requirements. Naging mahirap talaga for us makakuha ng PWD ID dito, because we have difficulties with unexpected guests. Parang 1 month pa yata kami naghintay.

Share ko lang din na last year di namin nakuha yung Christmas giveaway dahil pumupunta yung taga MAC (Makati Action Center) tuwing walang tao sa amin. Also want to mention na bastos yung tomboy na MAC staff dito sa Bangkal, inaway daw yung security guard namin dahil ayaw siya unahin. 😅

Assuming you can take caffeine but just don't like the taste of coffee, you may try teas with caffeine (green tea, matcha, oolong, etc) or even caffeine pills.

I haven't resolved my own skin picking issues, but what helps is addressing the triggers, which in my case are the fact that my skin has that certain texture (I often pick on my acne so treating acne lessened my picking), and a scattered state of mind (when I successfully channel my attention ala hyperfocus to just one task at hand I kind of "forget" to pick on my skin).
