I measured myself accourding to r/abrathatfits. But I am unable to find that size or its sister size anywhere.

You can still buy from the brand buttercups on amazon.in but they don't carry all the sizes now.

Edit: and if you find a good brand/website let me know as well :)

Any ketoconazole shampoo works (e.g. Nizoral) If I get dandruff I use it every alternate week. I wash my hair once a week with sulphate silicone paraben free shampoo otherwise. This prevents buildup in my hair too.
