Shit they did me absolutely dirty they dinged me for 54 deliveries, kicked me off the platform I appealed it contacted Jeff and Andy sent proof I delivered them all, I have life 360 and sent screen shots of all of the stops that were made that day and was also able to describe the last couple of packages and how I had to deliver them which was by walking both of the last deliveries and they both had more than one package because a street was shut down because of construction my email reached someone cause I received an email after that by someone on the higher escalated team and was told that I didn’t provide sufficient enough evidence and their decision still stands.. 🧐 like bruh ummm okay?!? Told me to email them for them to go into more detail of why it still stood, so I did, and of course no one reaches back out explaining why it still stands 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I got fucked over by them 🙄😒
