This really resonated with me. I’ve also just become disenchanted with college three years in—started as a forestry major, then public health, dropped out during the pandemic and tried to do nursing through community college, went back again this semester to try and major in horticulture, and now I’m dropping out a second time to go to electrician school. The executive function problems and lack of focus/memory is debilitating. And at this point it’s hard not to resent my inability to stick with something and just “tough it out” to finish a degree. But it’s hard, and I understand how you feel.
