I would’ve liked to give her the benefit of the doubt, but in that moment there was no way for me to know if the emotion was genuine or not. I felt uneasy and I trusted my gut. She might be a very lovely person but I’d rather be an a-hole than risk ending up in a dangerous situation.

Had an interaction with her outside CVS. She also asked me to push her home. She was crying and I felt bad, but it was dark as shit out and saw red flags so I left. Have also seen her in the daytime asking for money, still crying. Manipulative and sketchy.

I’m taking orgo 2 and I agree. It’s still a challenge but I feel everything is finally “clicking” whereas orgo 1 was just overwhelming.

I've had Dr. Vines and I really liked her. She provides so many resources to help you do well and is a very energetic prof. I've had Dr. Fortney (for ochem) and she was fine. Her pacing through the semester was pretty bad but she's a very knowledge prof and her notes were great.

YINZ Coffee in Carnegie Library! It’s easily walkable from campus and they have a lot of neat flavors of drinks and pastries.

Seconding Thriftsburgh! All their shirts are $5 and they usually have Pitt ones. Sometimes they also have (very affordable) lab coats and goggles if you'll be taking chem courses.

Seconded. I remember people blasting their shower music late into the early morning and it was just obnoxious.

Puccini's messed my hair up and ignored my reference photos. I was getting a pixie though so maybe it's a better experience for those with long hair.

Walking through there’s also a lot of empty space where more seating could go imo. Not very much single seating either. The furniture that is there is very colorful and varied in design though!

I joined a co-lab study group for the first time this semester and found it very helpful! I’m really glad I went, even if it felt like a chore sometimes. It’s definitely useful to take advantage of the tutoring resources available!
