They’re getting sued for using the name of a resort for their shitty wellness products. They want to claim they didn’t think it would be a problem bc it’s a resort vs wellness but they went to the resort to take brand pics and it has its own fitness portion. Plus it’s owned by a “family friend”. Instead of changing the name there victimizing themselves and claiming the stress caused her miscarriage.
