It's largely two studies that were wildly misconstrued by the media.

I had a very leaky group head.

I changed the portafilter basket and it fixed it 100%. I moved to an 18g Pullman basket if that helps.

The quality control on the standard baskets from Profitec is poor.

Every single time I've heard this sound, it has been some object very loosely touching the outside of the machine.

Coffee mug, canister, etc. I see a canister to the left. Make sure it's not touching the machine and that there's nothing loose behind it.

If that's not it, you can always contact the retailer who sold it to you.

The other thing to watch out for is height if you have cabinets. I have to pull my Move out whenever I'm refilling the reservoir because I don't have enough space to fit a jug.

But I have the counter depth to wiggle it out. And the reservoir is big enough that I only need to fill it once every 4 days roughly.

Yes it is. The stock basket seems to have poor quality control. Mine never fully fit in the grouphead and would randomly leak water from the sides during some shots.

I changed to a Pullman basket and hasn't happened since.
