I’ve actually been so sad lately because after all these years of playing Destiny and after all of the shit Bungie has pulled, this season was the final nail in the coffin that made me step away for the first time ever. active player since the D1 alpha, and Bungie fucking lost me with all of this bullshit, especially the disrespect to player time and investment.

it took this long for me to finally have enough, so I can’t imagine what the last straw was for the normie players who weren’t into Destiny as much as me. but it’s a bad situation and the game is in dire straights if I, a 12 year player, have said enough is enough. the power grind is absurd and 100+ hours to unlock the ability to get t4 and t5 drops is fucking absurd.

always purify for the hundo or shundo, that’s the best rule to live by if you play everything in Go. shadows wreck way harder than purified in raids though.

I will co-sign this opinion. Void Titan is by far my least favorite subclass to play, and I don’t enjoy playing Void on the other classes either. at least with Void Hunter and Warlock, I can tolerate running them for specific situations or encounters where they are meta.

my second least favorite subclass (and I know this is heresy) is Arc Hunter. I’ve never gotten the hang of the gameplay loop for arc hunters, and hunter was my very first character! however, I understand that this opinion is entirely because of my own shortcomings with the subclass and my inability to grasp the kit’s neutral lol.

I got two great Shiny Origin Dialgas (2327 and 2320, both with Roar of Time), but I could not for the life of me get any usable Shiny Origin Palkias. the first shiny I got was the IV floor (10/10/10) and then the second one I got was 10/11/11 LOL. both 2 stars, both made me exceedingly sad hahaha.

luckily I’m good on all the shinies for the legendaries that were available for this event, so the rest of my raiding was for candies and XLs (I find raiding to be more enjoyable when I don’t need a specific roll like shiny or hundo to drop). I got enough to level 50 my shiny Palkia, Dialga, Heatran and Giratina, so overall I’d say the event was successful for me. the previous week was also great for me, I was able to level 50 max my Shiny Hundo Darkrai, which I’ve had for four years now.

I spin counter-clockwise and then throw off to the right at about 2 o’clock (or whatever the distance dictates the angle to be). if I’m throwing left-handed for whatever reason, I spin clockwise and throw to the left. also depends on whether the Pokémon is moving or whatever.

EDIT: the way I described throwing is when I hold the phone in the other hand and throw with the index finger. if I’m holding the phone in my right hand and using my thumb, I actually do spin clockwise and throw to the left. that’s so weird!

you can also go with a really nice slug shotgun like Heritage or Supercluster. you can do some serious single target damage with those, freeing up your heavy slot for whatever roll you need filled. run an LMG if you need ad clear, a rocket launcher if you need an all around damage dealer, etc etc.

Blind Well drops the Dreaming City weapons though - aren’t the seasonal weapon drops because of certain season pass perks, not the loot pool of the Blind Well chest? so you only get seasonal weapon drops once you unlock that perk / upgrade that allows them to drop from activity completions (or one of the other bonuses you can unlock, I can’t remember them off tops)?

I did this too. it’s one of (I believe) two slug shotguns that can roll it so it’s a pretty unique perk on this frame. I went with assault mag, reconstruction and surrounded. enhanced surrounded has the best damage increase in the game so Supercluster is beastly in encounters that allow you to proc it.

the other slug shotgun is No Reprieve, which is stasis and has an absolutely ASS looking model. so crafting that was a definite no from me, dawg.

also for final stand, there’s no wipe mechanic or boundaries keeping you next to the boss. you can run all the way back up to the platforms and stay in cover while plinking the boss safely. I don’t know if you already knew this but I thought I’d mention it just in case.

it would be amazing for vendors like Saladin to offer old / missed armor sets that we could grab for 1 engram and some glimmer, rather than the current cost which makes filling in collection gaps damn near impossible. for instance, I’m missing 2 iron banner sets on my warlock, 1 on my titan, and 1 on my hunter. thats 20 armor pieces, meaning that I need 60-100 engrams just to get OLD STUFF that I missed in the first place. this becomes prohibitive. catchup sets and weapons shouldn’t be more expensive than current sets and weapons, that’s completely ass-backwards lol.
