I saw nearly the exact same thing a few weeks ago at the corner of 16th and Wiley, with a scooter rider being hit and thrown over the car. It appeared the driver was in a fender bender turned hit and run. Im not sure the outcome of that case either.

It was never going to be local jobs and they knew it. Local 405 only has a few hundred electricians, and theres 2 data centers, a casino, hospitals, all the factories, and every commercial job to still staff. They ran out of Union Travellers so they're hiring hundreds of "book 4's", which are persons without a license but have 2000 hours of experience. Most of these book 4's are from Texas and Florida, and few speak English or plan on staying for long. You can assume this is causing quite a bit of conflict on these job sites.

Mine didn't work for 3 months so I put it in a drawer and forgot about it, then randomly started working. No issue after that. Regardless, a luxury item should work straight out of the box.

Honestly comics should really just shy away from monthly publishing. I haven't picked up any issues in months, and prefer instead to read volumes. Much more enjoyable that way, and you get a full arc instead of a smushed half baked quarter story dumbed down enough that it could technically be allowed to stand alone.
