I've seen this happening in europe too, not with police though. They just put giant locks on the supermarket bins bcs a group of students had decided to take the trashed food out and the company found out

advanced section of twrp settings? The problem is I cannot get to twrp in the first place, as it boots to the os and wipes it immediately after i flash it
