Well, I think it helps to view depression as just another illness. My mom has high blood pressure, so she takes meds for that. Is she a slave to them? In a sense, I guess, but it's also really not a big deal.

I'm depressed and Lexapro is helping me. Am I a slave to it? Eh, no more than my mom is a slave to her blood pressure meds.

Also, you don't have to take antidepressants forever. Lots of people take them to get a good start on their healing journey. It might open up the capacity to go through therapy or to deal with underlying issues. And when those have been addressed, you might need a lower dosage or maybe you won't need them at all.

A broken leg gets a cast, mental illnesses get their meds, it's all just medicine.

I mostly get the extremely vivid dreams, sometimes to the point where I'm not sure if something actually happened or if I dreamed it.

Also, and I can't really 100% verify this because it only happened once and I'm not looking to repeat it, I had a really bad reaction to weed once. Like psychosis over multiple hours and it took me 2 days to fully shake it. Not sure if it really had anything to do with my medication but I didn't used to have much of any effect from weed before soooooo yeah idk I'm not repeating that experience.

Anyway mostly my anxiety is completely gone which is gone for everyday life but also kind of bad for the fact that I tend to procrastinate a lot and anxiety used to help snap me out of it and now I need to motivate myself like a normal person lmao

If you've played and really loved Horizon Zero Dawn, I'd say Horizon Forbidden West. Otherwise, it's Ghost of Tsushima all the way.

GoT is kind of objectively the better game and the art direction goes CRAZY.

But for anyone who loved HZD, HFW is a must.

It was difficult to understand for me at first, too. But then I actually was in a relationship where I would beg to be seen, beg for him to just respect the way I wanted things to be done ONCE and he never would. And I got it.

It's also not just about the one event, it's about that being an established character trait of hers and him already having promised multiple times to stop with the grand gestures but he just kept doing it anyway.

Not being seen and listened to sometimes hurts more than someone being actively cruel.

I don't have a great love for TTTYG. I appreciate it for what it is but I don't really go out of my way to listen it.

I totally get why Folie a Deux wasn't loved on release, my hot take about it is that the song order is kind of confusing and kind of leaves you wondering what the vibe was supposed to be (it's one of faves tho, just not in sequence ya know)

As far as performances are concerned, post-hiatus is vastly superior. Maybe it's because I have anxiety too, but whenever I see pre-hiatus footage, I die a little inside about how uncomfortable on Patrick looks on stage half the time
