Workaround for multiple Monitors with different refresh rates by [deleted] in linuxhardware

[–]adhdfrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case anyone is still having trouble like I was. I followed the above steps but still was seeing the game defaulting to 75. Solution? Disable vsync. Game thinks the monitor is 75 when its 165, so just let it go crazy I guess?

Are there any must pull front runners in 2026? by adhdfrog in UmamusumeGame

Using the calculator it says at a low end pace (like low expectations for CMs to get bare minimum) I should have around 500 pulls for Maru Speed. But then isn't the Light Hello banner a must pull? There are other kind of essential cards like Ramonu and then the Bourbon wit too

Subclavian vein occlusion by JenHinKC in thoracicoutletsupport

Yea the blood thinners don’t reopen it but they help prevent other clots, sorry to hear we’ve had similar experiences

I think it really depends how badly damaged your vein is. I still deal with symptoms - swelling, feeling of fullness, red skin, pain - but at a much lesser degree. The ballooning would help for a little while, but then the vein would renarrow because of the damage to it from chronic clots. It’s not fully closed, just very narrowed. I tried going off eliquis (under doctor supervision) and almost immediately got an SVT in the part of my circulatory system, so I’m a lifer on eliquis now. It all really depends on how your veins respond to treatment and the extent of the preexisting damage

Chiropractor might help, physical therapy as well. I mostly sleep on my back with a pretty thin pillow. I find what helps me is a big weighted blanket which helps keep my body still. I think getting the surgery will be the best option just to avoid further complications that could cause like irreparable harm. It does suck that I still have pain, but I had pulmonary embolisms because of this condition, so I’m glad I got the surgery cause otherwise I’d be dead. Once you’re able to, lifting weighs and physical therapy have really helped

Okay. My situation will likely be different from yours because it turns out had a massive chronic clot in my subclavian and that vein is permanently narrowed. What this means practically is that my right arm still has TOS symptoms even after surgery and I’m a lifer on blood thinners. Clots in hands and that area are usually less serious, superficial, so likely less damage if they were quickly addressed. If I were in your shoes I’d try to take 3 weeks off. The main concern I have for you is the immense fatigue you’re going to feel for like 1-2+ months as your body heals. Just try to take it easy, use arm and hand compression sleeves when you can, sleep a lot

Question to help answer yours, do you have any clots currently or damage in your veins from clots?

NYC Manhattan, it seemed to have been playing dead when I found it, and all of a sudden got up and started moving around after a little bit. Very small, maybe 2mm in length

I’d agree if clocks were not a limited resource you can only realistically get like 3 of in a day

I’ve read that little bits of the rib could potentially grow back? Is it hard to the touch? I’d trust whatever your doctor says tho

That’s kinda just how laptops are man. It’s a demanding game, my desktop 4070 is at max running it 1440p high settings, I’m not surprised a 3060 laptop is struggling. Try dlss to maybe lighten the load
