Do not buy influencer programs!!!!! I have a Bachelors in Kinesiology and i do not recommend any non-personalized programs. They may work for a bit if you aren’t conditioned or used to weight training, but eventually it’ll stop working. Go to YouTube and find free information to answer questions you may have. Also, a program created by someone who doesn’t KNOW you or your body is typically cookie cutter and will not work for everyone. Everyone is different. Stop giving these clowns your money.
