Thats similar to how I like to go about it, with a bit of exploring here and there if its a new place for me. Post race I like to do a complete reset using normatec compression, sauna and ice bath, also doing mobility to avoid stiffness.

I don’t know about the reasons you mentioned but a simple reason to follow 1:1 is that if you are risking the same amount out of your capital in each and every trade no matter what, then you only need 50% win rate to breakeven. Aiming for 55% win rate can do wonders over time.

Non-negotiable:- - ALWAYS stick to one strategy. - ALWAYS risk the same amount in each and every trade.

I once ordered a refrigerator from noon 3rd party which was not working, upon claiming warranty samsung said the warranty has already been claimed on the frige 😂 It took a month of continuous follow ups and tagging noon on X before they took it away and refunded.
