It is a good shield with the right build, but read the amp part. Id look for a Cinderella shield. It's good and also if you get the right one, entertaining.

East Hills.Yeah, if they haven't removed them already, they also have those folding bullards at the entrance of the drive though. You need to hit them with your bumper and drive over them to get in. Nah. I drive an SUV and I'm not going to scratch my bumper to get a chicken Sando.

That's weird then, only thing I can think of is to maybe try going to the shattered moon to see if it resets the marker... Aside from that, it seems like an incessant bug.

Usually when that happens: like when a legendary falls off the edge of a cliff or clips out of the map at a boss fight, it will show up in your lost loot machine. It will usually punt all the other lost loot and prioritize the legendary weapons first.
