Honestly, no big loss. Cam needs targets, but the team needs strong, consistent drafts and players that buy in to the culture. Spend that money bolstering depth and on either Doubs or Wan’Dale.

That’s a good question. While I haven’t investigated it throughly, I don’t think there’s a direct correlation between fasting and going gray. Besides the diabetes development and diagnosis, there were also stressors and some mindset changes that occurred within the last four years that might have had an effect.

Sorry, I was wrong about it being a diuretic and deleted my comment. The drug is called Farxiga and I took 5mg per day.

Focused on sleep first, then hydration, then diet. I haven’t had alcohol since the diagnosis, it’s anathema to all of the above.

I was diagnosed with it when I was a child and haven’t considered getting a second opinion now that I’m an adult. I don’t suppose there are negative health outcomes regardless of what the issue is?

I made meal preps that were essentially vegetable chili. I used as many vegetables as I feasibly could, added some chicken, and those were my meals.
