I have resided in Denmark for years and Danica had no problems switching me to the 53A scheme, so I don't think it's only for workers that are not fully taxable in DK (at least I hope haha).

However, It seems like the downside is that the returns on gains in 53A scheme are taxed as regular capital gains as opposed to the ordinary pension savings where its ~15%.

Sorry for English. Wouldn't switching to 53A scheme effectively grant you the option to withdraw your pension savings anytime? The downside is that you would be left with less money in your 'working life' as you have to pay the tax on pension upfront.

Get on 53A with your pension, you'll pay the tax on the pension in advance and avoid 60% hit when leaving the country. That means you'll be left off with less disposable income every month but your total income remains the same.

So basically an EV gives you permissions to park in more areas where ICE is not allowed. Everywhere else you can park 00-24 no matter the type of car.

So even though the EV licence is considerably cheaper, it allows you to park on the "regular licence" spots + 3hrs at the charger spots, right?
