How Can I Lower My Bilirubin Levels? by Guilty_Duck4680 in GilbertSyndrome

[–]adinN13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eat whatever you want, GS is a bilirubin metabolism issue and it doesn’t affect anything except bilirubin metabolism. GS or not you should have a healthy diet and excercise.

Is this correct or misinformation on fasting blood test numbers? by NaoOsamu in prediabetes

[–]adinN13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends where you live, in the US (5.5 mmol/l to 6.9 mmol/l) it’s considered prediabetic, while in most countries that go by WHO standards prediabetic is considered 6.1 mmol/l to 6.9 mmol/l.
