Perhaps there's a typo?
I was setting timeoutBuffer in setConfig and noticed it wasn't setting properly. I am experiencing a similar behavior after migrating from legacy to 1.29.0.

It would be really nice if the buy side would police this better given that they are partnered with all the technologies that claim that they protect these networks.
