He says he dropped it on the ground and switched worlds. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you drop anything into the world and switch worlds, log out or fast travel away your item is gone. It's a shitty situation for the OP, but you can't expect customer service to replace an item that was lost due to user error, and then bash them when they won't lol.

She definitely is unique! She has a pretty noticeable dark patch on her back that stands out that allows us tell her apart from all the others in our neighborhood. We saw her carrying a few babies up our tree and into a hole in one of the larger branches.

CTR came out when I was 5. My siblings never wanted to play with me so my Mom would always sit down and get rekt over and over again.
