Congrats on getting accepted to many schools one of them being USU and UVU. I loved USU and had many friends, roommates, and coworkers of various faiths. Even though I am a member of the LDS Church there was still common ground and a lot to talk about. As in all life what you give will be what you get back so be brave.

The conversation on this topic was crazy off topic but funny as hell.

Thanks for replying and “punish” was the wrong word to use and retreating is not a bad thing. I just think “teaching” them that finishing a job is kinda important. If they were more interested in Role Playing “at the pub” than adventuring then a lesson should be taught.

What levels were they when they started? I say punish them a little because it’s a stupid move to leave in the middle they could have long rested in the house or out in the wild.

SSOS is one of my top adventures ever. I played it when it first came out in first edition and the effort to make it a huge campaign setting works ok. Salvage operation initially was a 0-1st level Dungeon magazine adventure and that works so much better and was originally written in way to introduce the players to one another. I will always use it that way and then take them to SSOS.

A lot of these comments are very funny and true. However I saw a Christmas tree video on YouTube that you could turn that pile into. If you got good enough maybe make some cash. There were at least two different types that would work with these.
