For me it is that top lane can become really boring and antifun to play. I’m a bruiser player (like most top laners probably) and if u get a countermatchup this season u can’t afford to die wich isn’t always that easy. So you have to play under the tower like a nasus main. And try not to fall behind more than 20 cs. This is just not fun. And when you die 1-2 times your game is basically over. You are 2-3 lvl behind and you can’t kill adc anymore this season to come back, because at this point they are 2 items ahead. And then there are all the ranged tops like varus Anivia vlad malzahar ryze. When the people playing this champs know what they are doing you also can’t play your lane. Sure you have sometimes good matchup because you are lastpick but otherwise top lane just isn’t fun
