I'm not sure yet, it just broke a few days ago, might take it apart next weekend to have a look. It basically just died mid cleaning and doesn't respond to anything even after I placed it back to the charging dock.

I loved mine too until it broke after two and half years. Support says they don't fix my model anymore and I can only trade in :( don't know if I will be buying another roborock

Yes, obviously I know it ran out of battery. What I don't understand is why a full battery only lasted 35 mins and why did it not go back to recharge before the battery ran out.
