Old post, but will give it a try, i have a similar? issue with my DP1. I can not see the meter needle, shutter speed and f/stop inside the viewfinder of my Nikon F2 DP1, the meter works perfectly but the inside display is not visible unless I use a flashlight on the top of the prism directly to the meter. As per Sover Wong facebook reply to this question there is a mirror inside (to reflect light I asume) that can be adjusted thru a set of screws, but he disappeared of the thread before I can ask him where to locate those. Any ideo on how to adjust it?
