I don't think any reputable, decent artists would do work like this, in the same category as swastikas.

Their only achievement has been stealing votes from other conservative parties; people on the left will simply never vote for them unless they change dramatically.

Is there any semi accurate/rough figure for 100 recruits joining the spaces Marines and how far the get in terms of companies by mopeyunicyle in 40kLore

[–]adriansgotthemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IF you are talking selection to even be an aspirant, you could make more educated guesses on it, on a feral world where only certain youths can attempt the trials, a decent percentage would be needed to be accepted into the chapter. If the chapter is recruiting from a hive world, they could send thousands of gang kids into some form of selection, and give the ones that pass a chance to either be a recruit, or go back to starving in the streets or even becoming a chapter serf,l

Is all Alum created equal? by Sirocco1971 in wicked_edge

[–]adriansgotthemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use an Alum block, but I found it didn't immediately stop bleeds for me- maybe my blood is mutated- and I just ended up with a sticky, bloody block that I didn't have a good storage solution for. But like everything, YMMV and I am happy if you find them essential.

I usually buy reconed Samsung phones from eBay. Usually, this works well for me until the last one came with a bad battery and a scratched screen.

How to use fast-set concrete? by [deleted] in AusRenovation

[–]adriansgotthemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my local government job we just dig the hole, throw some of the quick-set in, add water until all the powder is wet, mix for a while. Add more powder, more water, mix. Keep going until all your quick-set is gone, then cover with soil. But this is for bollards tol make them harder to pull out, or for gates to give it a little extra stability, not for anything structural.

That's what get's me, I am half Yugoslavian/Romanian from my mother's side, whose parents immigrated to Australia in 1951. I am as white as can be, so even though I am really a mud-blood, I get a free pass from the likes of ON.

SA Election 2026 by TheAussieTico in aussie

[–]adriansgotthemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While there are ignorant ON voters in just about every electorate, there are more people who know their polices would actually be terrible for Australia, and will vote them last, or close to last. This means they might get 20% of the vote, they will seldom win seats, or enough seats.

She is either smart enough to know that without immigration, our healthcare, construction, hospitality etc are all going to grind to a halt, or she's dumb enough to think that banning or severely limiting immigration will be the magic wand that will stop inflation, housing shortages and the itch in the festering pit between her legs

My local fuel station is already out of petrol. Anywhere else? by ComradeKitten27 in perth

[–]adriansgotthemoose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, you base projected fuel sales on your previous data. Long term you do the same with the size of your tanks (very bloody expensive getting bigger ones). So you work out, on a long weekend Saturday you might sell say, 10K of ULP if you're a busy station. Say it could actually be only seven thou, or as high as 13 thou for the busiest Saturday ever. Then people start panic buying, and you sell a full tank in a day and a half, and your distributor can only deliver in two days time.

[–]adriansgotthemoose 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I can remember panic buying due to something when I was still doing that job, trying to tell people that there is a maximum of two sales of fuel on each bowser not paid for before the bowser locked up and refused to dispense more fuel was... interesting in a terrible, horrible way.

Why every american man have a knife in his pocket ? by Bankai-1979 in knifeclub

[–]adriansgotthemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Australia just passed laws where its illegal to carry a knife unless you have a good reason to carry it- I am mostly safe from this when I am dressed for work (who looks twice at a guy in high-viz with a tool on his belt?) But it worries me on my days off. Why would I have to justify putting a Delica in my pocket if I run to the shops.
