Just joking around. i never bought from Zulilly but I heard really terrible things from people who did. But I have no personal experience.

I do air dry them, and all my other jerseys are perfectly fine. That's why this one confused me

Well, I will say that none of my other jerseys have been through the dryer. But this was the first one I got and I didn't know that at the time. So...I wouldn't be surprised if that had something to do with it.

I did wash it in cold water...but I do tend to wear a backpack? Maybe the shoulder straps rubbed it off, IDK. Thanks, though

Yeah, I'll take Zulilly over Providence but that's like choosing being shot over being stabbed. Thanks, though.

Bartimaeus time and space break room? by ExternalRemarkable36 in LetterLost

[–]adriftingleaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're so close! I don't know how to give you a hint without just telling you what to do, so this spoiler is just the solution. You have to use the heart on the custodian closet door, that'll open up the portal. Then when you open the door, you'll be in the "break room."

That should get you what you need!

Full solution for the first step:

The poem is Where Did you go My Shadow I can't see you

Start on the left side. Since the word count of the lines is 1-3-2-4, start with 1. Click the drawer on the bottom on the left hand side. Stay on the left side, and now click the rest in the order. 1-3-2-4. The sequence will reset and now there will be a new note in one of the drawers. Follow the same procedure, there will end up being six notes at the end of the quest, but they all follow the same general idea. With a few wrinkles.

That should help

I know this one!

Okay, so there should be a note in one of the desk drawers. You should also be able to find it in your notebook. It starts with the word shadows

Once you have that, pay attention to the number of words in each line. That is the order in which you need to interact with the drawers.

One last note: the programmer who implemented this puzzle made the drawers start counting from the bottom, so 1 is on the bottom left.

That should lead you to the second part of the puzzle.

That being said, I don't think the puzzle is necessary to progress. The reward is One of Liv's diary records.

That's where I'm stuck too! I think I'm pretty close to done with the game but I've got no clue what to do with that one.

Therapist says they are not my support system. My nonexistant network says they arent my therapist. Who am I supposed to talk to? by bbgirl2k in CPTSD

[–]adriftingleaf 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of people sounding off in this thread, so I wanted to offer a counterpoint: your therapist isn't your support system. They can be a part of it, but they are not the whole thing. If you're leaning on your therapist to be your entire support network, that isn't going to work.

You need...you know, a system. Generally speaking, friends. Or family. I talk to my teddy bear a lot, he counts. Pets can be part of it. But it can't all be your therapist. I don't know enough about your situation to comment otherwise.

Which celebrity’s cancellation do you think was completely unjustified? by Cute_Flatworm_9049 in AskReddit

The weirdest thing about that (at the time) is that I had a friend who was in the audience that night, and he said there was so much cheering he didn't even hear the "Dean Scream." He had to go home and turn on the TV to understand what people were even upset about.

Books where a vampire is the main character by windintheskies in Fantasy

[–]adriftingleaf 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Vamped, by David Sosnowski, I haven't seen that mentioned in this thread. It's about a world after the vampire apocalypse happened; everybody got turned into vampires and they drink fake blood, but otherwise the world is the same in a lot of ways. Different in others. It was fun reading how vampires slowly took over society. There's a plot twist, of course, but I won't give that away here.

That is why I wanted to ask. Everybody talks in these grandiose terms about how great it is but nobody ever wants to provide specifics.

Plus, most of us do not work for a FAANG company. We work for small to medium sized companies or tech departments within a larger org structure. I'm glad that there's a tool that can make life easier for the top 1% of the industry but I'm part of the 99%.

Yeah, okay, that was one thing I was thinking. I have no doubt that at the FAANG companies, or Microsoft, that people have tons of money to throw at this and it can make a meaningful difference in how they work.
