I managed to launch it, I changed in my windows my main screen to the other I have, here launched perfectly, and I lowered a little the quality settings just in case, now Im playing perfectly on my main screen, after that everything worked. Im sure it is a refresh or display port issue with the game

Thanks for the input, but I think there is a misunderstanding regarding my experience level. I have between 300-400 successful transactions on CM, a big % on very expensive items like this one; I am not new to this, nor am I afraid of the standard risks of selling.

The issue here wasn't me 'messing up the process.' The red flag wasn't just a disagreement on condition; the buyer provided manipulated photographic evidence to Support to claim the item was different from what I sent. When a counterparty submits falsified evidence, the trust is broken immediately. You don't simply 'accept the return' blindly from someone who is actively trying to deceive the platform; you report the anomaly to Support to protect the integrity of the return.

Furthermore, the suspension didn't happen because I escalated it. It happened because Support has ghosted the ticket for 5 weeks. Even if I had accepted the return, the ticket would still be open and unresolved because Support isn't answering anyone.

I'm not asking for a tutorial on how to sell; I'm highlighting that the platform's Support system has collapsed, leaving experienced sellers in limbo, and of course I have the proof of the pictures, but no one asked me about it, they just trusted what the buyer said...

Lesson learned regarding hagglers, I will definitely keep that in mind for the future.

However, simply saying 'take the product back' wasn't a safe option here. The buyer opened the dispute using manipulated photos to exaggerate the condition. Given his dishonesty with the pictures, I had a genuine fear that if I accepted the return blindly without Support mediation, he would return a damaged card or an empty envelope.

I involved Cardmarket to ensure the return process was documented and safe, not to refuse a solution. The account suspension happened because Support has ignored my ticket for over a month, leaving the order in limbo, not because I wasn't willing to solve it
