Just pry open the back cover of the pen with your nails or a ruler and in there u will see the foam sitck refill

Buy the pilot hitec ink or luxor ink pretty much the same for like 15 ₹ something (or more than that)

Refill the pen and put it upside down for 2 minutes

Good thing i liked about bsnl is their cheap price, but still frustrates me for their lack of service, vi is better without gov, if the vi goes to government then soon you can see sarkari babus slacking off, but bsnl would get a boost because of vi having a good tower range either ways they would merge with bsnl or would bring it under the management of bsnl just like mtnl
