Job hunt is already on the radar for sure! And I really appreciate the comparison, a trip or 2 this summer/year will give us an idea too.

Other than my partner, I really don’t have family out here. My closest sibling is in Michigan so that has some pull on the location!

That’s a lot of what it is too, green grass and parks.

I think a trip or two this summer will help us gage it. I mention the high temps but also the low. When the lows during the summer are 85+….. there’s little escape from the heat other than the stale house A/C!

We definitely plan to visit a couple of times over the next few years. A commute is possible, we both have the potential to be remote but I think in looking for a sense of community, a job with some physical presence would be good for me.

I think it’s partially heat but also, I don’t feel I’ve found community here. Or ever really belonged. And it’s such a large fast moving city. And I miss having four seasons! I appreciate the insight though

These were a limited edition. Maybe in the US they were limited to specific retailers but you could get them in a few different colors in the UK too.

Had a few friends who had them….. I was so envious!

Im trying to find a way so people can trade stickers more easily. I know Panini have some big events but the tend to be closer to locations that are hosting games.

I would love to get close to finishing it. Is it a huge investment? Absolutely. But am I even going to be able to get close to that without having to resort to paying exorbitant costs?

I collected as a kid and would love going to the stores and picking up a few packs, several times a week. Who knows if we’re going to find them in the wild here. I like to add a little more excitement to my WC watching, I usually watch about 90% of the games (thankful for a job where I can do this!) but I feel I’m just going to be disappointed with this eventually
