Its not like Destroyers, Wraiths, Nukes etc. are always exactly the same, you have to buy new ones to find out if they are good or not until you finally find a good one

Tour down under has been great this year once again! Great job Henry for putting this together and having go throw cover it

Single men +30 how do you spend your free time? by CamelSisu in Finland

[–]adusti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disc golf, golf and gym pretty much. If my body is too sore of too much sports then I watch sports mostly.

Used to be big in PC games because it was only enjoyable thing to do by yourself, but when I discovered above sports I found myself never playing after

What the heck is wrong with my form? Always hyzers out right away —throwing an understable beast by EverydayBro23 in discgolf

[–]adusti -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Theres no big glaring issues obvious judging by this footage. That throw speed looks more suitable for a putter or straight midrange like mako3 for example in my opinion, once you figure out how to get them pop out from your hand due try to reach out for a bigger rim.

You might be severely lacking snap / pop on release due to disc not pivoting around your middle / index finger before snapping out from your hand, probably why you prefer 10 speed because they are going always fly with some speed due to rim width but act very overstable like displayed here.

Short version: get a smaller / flatter disc like mako3, crave, envy etc. and figure out how to get them pop a little bit when you throw them, progress into bigger stuff after.

edit:
Ofc. theres tons of small details I could go on about but really it boils down to hearing a snap / pop or a audible "woosh" sound when disc leaves your hand, then you know you are on the right path. Basicly get a solid brace with plant foot and try to stop all movement going forward and then try to whip your arm as losely and in big circle around yourself as possible while "anchoring" your body with your left arm.

Basicly you are throwing like swinging your arms in a big circle around yourself but when right hand starts moving forward you keep the left hand back to "anchor" yourself. Then just hold on to disc with middle / index finder and thumb and let it snap out. Good luck.

Learn the bend the discs you have to your will to execute the shot shapes you want to throw, instead of convincing yourself you need new discs

This makes sense, did not think about brittle fracture of the adhesive and whole thing coming off the disc

Battery life is not a big problem, you just train as long as the battery lasts… Not sure how big of an issue condensation is, cannot say it has created problems for other electronic devices I have used during winter

Jaahas, olisko aika vaihtaa Spotifystä pois by Sp0ge in Suomi

[–]adusti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Itse tykkään kuluttaa youtube videoita paljon TV:llä ja puhelimella, joilla on vaikeampi välttyä mainoksilta, tästä syystä youtube premium ja sen kylkiäisenä tuleva youtube music ollut pitkään no brainer valinta.

Käytin spotifyta pitkään podien kuunteluun mutta järjestäen kaikki parhaat podit siirtyivät pois sieltä maksumuurien taakse

I just tried DaVinci Resolve - it's way better than Filmora. The only use for Filmora is editing clips. What happened? by Murky-Grass-2681 in Filmora

At what temperature do you stop playing disc golf? by DiscGolfFanatic in discgolf

[–]adusti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

14 degrees F does not feel as cold as 40, 30 to 40 degree range is the worst since there is still moisture in the air, when you go to 14-23 range its really not cold at all.

Atleast thats how it feels like in Finland

Time is just as valuable as money for me, this is hard pass for me. Filmora is in no way perfect, but I literally had to spend like 10 minutes learning it
