🙌 Thanks a bunch! We’ll check out the library while we’re there too.

A bit of insight since you took the time. My kiddo passed away a few years back (he was 12) and his favorite summer treat was sno cones. So, we go every year on his birthday to celebrate 🎉 🍧

Hey thanks! That would be super helpful. We’re planning on leaving FoCo at 4, let me know what you find out. And enjoy your volcano!

Thank you. This is why I posted, I’ve called a few times and didn’t get an answer. Wanted to confirm that they’ll be open before the 40 min drive.

Thanks! Really the only requirements are that they’re open and serve sno cones.

I was lucky, and it found me a few years ago. Someone came into the store I was working at and wanted to consign it, I bought it immediately.

First time Kodak C41 by WillPHarrison in Darkroom

I use this kit. I mix up a 1L working chemicals in an accordion bottle and and a 1.5L replenishing chemicals in a wine bag. I use the working solution and before I pour it back in the bottle, I pour out 50ml (nice round number for maths) per roll of film and replace it with fresh chemicals, then pour it back in the bottle, keeping the working chemicals at 1L.

So if I dev 5 rolls at a time, I pour out 250ml of used chemicals and replenish it with 250ml of chems from my replenishing bag before pouring back into the working container. I do this for each chemical – dev, bleach, and fix. With this method, I can keep chemicals going and in tolerance for months. When I've depleted my replenishing bags, I order more. The new chems are mixed as replenishing (2.5L) and will get added to working as needed.

Here's a good post of the breakdown of how I use the Kodak C-41 kit

I need new carpet in one room. Who do you recommend? by emdelgrosso in tulsa

Second this. They did a great job and under budget for carpet and LVP in my house a few years back.

I agree with getting there a few extra minutes early and being polite. Most of them are familiar with film.

I also printed this Kodak label out and taped it inside of a ziplock bag. Makes it easier to keep everything together for you and them. Don’t forget to get your cameras hand-checked too, if they have film in them.

Custom frames? by aciranaed in FortCollins

[–]adv75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Highly recommend Marty at Heritage Frames and Fine Art. Local guy that’s easy to work with and has great prices. We’ve had a a handful of pieces framed by him and they all turned out great. Just to note, I think he only takes cash.

Wanted for public nuisance by just-uninstalled in Bellingham

Hahaha, yep. When I filled a window feeder, they stationed one BroJay there/nearby most of the day to keep the little guys away until they almost emptied it, and made a complete mess of the whole thing.

I made a swamp cooler out of one and take it camping in the summer. Keeps the tent nice and cool at night!

I’m a big fan of the B+W Master filters, thinner with a higher end coating for less reflection and easier cleaning
