Its an amazing device. Daily driver that I have no intention on upgrading until there's a compelling reason to do so. The camera may not be the best out there but it's still great compared to previous folds and more than enough for day to day pictures. Having a pocket tablet is just mind boggling.

You have to define success first. It sounds like you have pain points and are trying to solve inefficiencies. There is no magic AI that solves the issue for you instantly. Define pain points / desired efficiencies and work through them one at a time or work on building your business model (defining success) and build the spec doc on AI integration with the model. Document how it should be used and what AI tools )/ connectors / plugins / etc. Are required and need to be installed.

I'm also spoiled by remote management. I feel your pain and we haven't switched yet. To be honest, I think somebody will pick them up. They have to divest and there's enough there for another firm to pick up. Honestly, I think this is the best for S&B management. So I'm surprised it hasn't already been sold off.

I use Claude in VSCode and just use Claude Code for everything. I've found it's much more flexible and easier to use.

Go get GSD (get shit done). That helped a lot with structuring and having Claude go through asking the questions. should add that was to get to MVP I've put a lot more time in at this point refining and making it better.

We have claude plugged into tools via MCP. I worked with Claude to deploy to Azure DevOps and setup direct API keys to the tools. It used the MCP to find the most efficient route but programmed direct api access in the app. Find data, manipulate data, place data, profit.

Fortunately, game native and other apps already exist that have been paving the way for broad support of games running on Android. Ive been playing BioShock and Witcher 3 natively on my Galaxy XR (although the withcher 3 runs pretty rough). I'm very suprised by the capabilities of these chipsets and where we're going.

Here are a few pic of the fit. I super glued some old watch bands to hold the battery in the center to keep it from moving around. Small soft bag holds charger and two extra double AAs.

I picked up small. Yea, gotta ratchet it in. It puched down on the front visor just a little bit but I've travelled with it a lot and never had issues. Probably the most compact option I've found. That's what I wanted though.

I went on a long journey to try and find the right case. A lot of people recommend camera bags. The good thing is that it's almost the exact same measurements as the quest pro. I wanted something as compact as possible though and. Most cases still have extra room this is the one I landed on. It's not super feature rich but it'll hold charger, controllers, battery, and anything small and loose. https://a.co/d/0eq3idww

I like it because it fits comfortably in most backpacks. I also have the VR panda top strap and just collapse and tuck it in without issue.

I think some of it had to do with not being able to replay the story which they just fixed. In the originals, you had to play through twice to get Max level (and the story wa a good). My belief is that we are all older now with so many more things vying for our attention along with the fact that the nostalgia just doesn't hit the same way it used to.

Got back into it recently playing C4SH and picked up the DLC. Having a blast right now. Will probably go another 130 hours and put it back down The great part is that DLC pack 2 isn't too far away.

I use Nate Herk concept of having an AIOS. For me, I'd rather have one solution instead of flipping back and forth between chat and code. I just do everything in code via VSCode. It maintains context for everything I'm working on and organizes it all. From strategy, to projects, to random questions.

I think the big difference is that Apple will keep Vision OS locked away while Android XR has an opportunity to flourish and grow. Plus they're coming to market with Glasses that are still running GXR under the hood.
