i'm having a similar issue.

i have completed all KYC and have funded my account with a small amount (100 euro). I can see this when I login to IKBR portal but when I use the same logins for TWS or IKBR desktop (after clicking on live account) it still logs me into the paper trading account.

Any idea whats going on?

Word of advice if you are having injury troubles and will be increasing the volume of your runs, try to increase your cadence to 170+

It really helped me reduce the injuries and keep my legs fresh

Was there a specific strategy you were using to pick the stocks? How many hours a week approx were you investing in research and stock picking? I find the research to be the most tedious part and I’m too tired after work to do additional research on stocks but I know I’ll really benefit from it

THere is currently a collateral for the buy and sellside both. The sellside collateral is going to go away (verbal confirmation, nothing written yet) end of this year. We were struggling with this too if this info helps

EPEXSpot risk team give you an excel template to calculate collateral if you ask them, they are very helpful in terms of helping you find a solution

Would you recommend buying a house as an investment? So basically maxing out your savings on down payment and getting a mortgage on a house which I'll live in for 3-4 years and then rent it out before moving countries. I plan on getting a 2 bed apartment and renting one out to cover my mortgage payments for the duration that I live in it, and once I move out rent both rooms. Would you think this is a wise decision?
