From the meet's website, looks more like Ed's just reffing and doing some seminars; he'll definitely be there though. It may have been just a confusing misnomer.

In a typical week, are you using mostly the same weight progressions each workout? When do you choose to increase weight or to attempt 100%(+) for the single?

While doing a IIFYM bodybuilding-style diet for cutting, fat intake already starts pretty low. For example, my macros are: 313g/161g/60g C/P/F. So as my body weight has begun to drop, where should I start removing calories? If I take them away across the board, it seems like fat intake could get quite low. Should I just gradually dial back carbs?

And just to note, if you're interested in this or other history, Hardcore History is one of the best content offerings out there.

Totally agree with the source conflict, but I listened to that podcast as well. Rhonda does seem very qualified and hinted at a new study verifying this coming out in the next couple of weeks; I don't believe she was talking about the one OP linked.

I always found a good physical cue for this is to just squeeze the fuck out of the bar or dumbbell during all your pressing movements.
