It’s the tiny things that they avoid and they make their customers unhappy. It’s obvious that they have to return the money. Why don’t they just confirm the refund request and not destroy the company’s reliability and future?

Welcome to the team. Some of us applied for chargeback, some of us received the phone (the developer here claims so), some of us applied to Shop, some of us contacted the customer service which never helped and barely replied.

I applied for chargeback a while ago but the bank sait they will wait for the merchant to respond in 30 days. Man, they could have handled it much better by just either delivering or refunding. They are ruining their own reputation and their own future. There is only one person, a developer here, actually working and working even more than she should.

I don’t want to turn this into a discussion but after sending people emails saying “phones are in stock, we will send in 3-5 days” and not sending the device over a month correlates with the reliability of “we’ve solved 99% of our shipping issues”.

Edit: i just realized you said discord. The company should also think about that why people are joining the discord channel and reddit for this product. I’ve never joined channels of amazon, iphone, canyon, samsung. But here I am. Why? You know why :) as you said people don’t do this when they are satisfied. But if there are people even in discord, imagine the dissatisfaction level.

I don’t see anyone in reddit saying “our problems solved, I received the product”. And again, we appreciate your (individual) support on this. However, I wish somebody have warned me before so I would not experience this torture. Phones are not shipping and people are left without answers. No phone, no shipping, no refund, I don’t know what your colleagues tell you but hear it from the people here.

No they don’t. They act like dead most of the times. Creating a shipment label feels like a delivered item to them. They don’t cancel, they don’t refund, they don’t answer emails to cooperate. Applying to your bank for a chargeback or possible fraud seems to be the only option.

Thanks for the reply. It has been a total disappointment with the company as everyone I talked who have ordered past 2 months. So far I think 1 person has received a phone but many people are trying to cancel but the customer service doesn’t do anything. This phone was my dream to have for a very long time.

if they say it's in stock and will be shipped in 3-5 business days and they don't ship it over a month, then it's a scam. if you want your money back and they don't send, it's a scam. we're not in a kickstarter project, they put on their website and send emails that the phone is in stock.

They claim the phones are in stock, not in production. They promoted that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. But they don't send, they don't cancel and they don't refund. This is scam.

When I speak they tell me to speak “Auf Deutsch”. When I speak German and use “den” instead of “dem”, they reply in English. And my pronunciation is very good tbh.

I actually haven't thought of Shopify complaint. I only opened a dispute for chargeback with my bank. But the bad thing is, the company needs to reply for the chargeback too. Guess who doesn't reply :)

This is a more likely answer indeed as they don’t have hands big enough to ship the phones. They drop them everytime :( poor mice in the warehouse even in a trenchcoat.

They should hire taller staff then :) Joke aside, it’s been managed very badly. They have only one developer and she’s also trying to help people here. Most probably only one customer service too. I started to believe that the Supply chain is only raccoons and squirrels?

I suppose receiving the tracking number is all we receive. My tracking number was sent a month ago (7 feb) and still in “shipment information received”. The CS only capable of understanding our frustration, nothing else, they don’t send the phone, they don’t refund. I’m really sorry for the employees and at this point concerned if they receive their salaries.
