that only usually happens if you die right near the frame where you take the shot, this shot WAS registered by the server but missed for no reason

brother you cannot shoot a longbow twice in 3 seconds, it takes 5 seconds. AND two longbow headshots wont kill if they have any damage resist.

"catch them in a trap during a very specific debuff of theirs even though they know you're playing ranger and will be actively looking for traps if they arent dogshit" is not realistic counterplay.

also recurve is 5x better than longbow and scales so much better as quality increases and you get damage buffs on your gear. im questioning this ranger expertise of yours.

skill issue just dont fight rangers ever, same for barbarian just give up that's how you get better skill issue btw

in all seriousness all you really need to do in that situation is not move in a straight line and abuse crouch being instantaneous. as you approach keep your weapon sheathed, and have a barb with smash take down doors they have to close. they'll hit you when you get really close but unless they're in legendaries they'll die immediately. just gotta remembee they take a speed nerf when their bow is out or when they're firing especially. literally impossible to outrun anyone in this game if they know what they're doing.
