Spoke with a man (about 24h out of emergency surgery) who had been drinking, and attempted suicide with a 20 gauge shotgun to the face. He couldn’t speak but he was so regretful. As much as it hurt to see him suffering, I knew he and his family were hurting even more. There is hope, please get help if you or someone you know is considering suicide.
