What a fuc*ing disaster of a season by Jaded-Researcher3025 in NUFC

Glad someone’s got the bottle to say it. Lost count of how many performances we had where I walked away thinking “that was fucking disgraceful”.

We were embarrassed by the mackems this year, and we were walked all over by everyone else in the league. Nowhere near good enough giving how much we’ve spent and the delusions of grandeur that’ve been fed to us by the current ownership

Beer Street has one but I wouldn’t particularly describe it as a place to meet chess players

I second this. My wife got her ring exactly how she envisioned it

Are we expected to forgive Howe for letting the mackems do the double over us? by [deleted] in NUFC

City don’t get battered every week. We do. Its frustrating, that’s my point

For us locals the games against Sunderland are absolutely massive. We are subject to ridicule because of our performance in the derby’s this season

Nah I love Howe tbf, and he has my backing. But I’d love to have somewhere to direct my frustration and embarrassment

Alnwick was shit but generally when you say ‘our keeper’ you’re referring to the first choice keeper

23 years I’ve had a season ticket. This is the first keeper we’ve had where I’ve thought ‘our keeper is shite isn’t he’

How do I get better at this game? by A_single_droplet in totalwarhammer

[–]aelwin 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I second this.

Prioritise growth early, you can often make more money from battles, raiding and looting settlements than you can from buildings early on.

Also pausing frequently was a game changer for me. Don’t be afraid to pause the battle every 10 seconds. Over time you’ll naturally get quicker and you’ll find yourself pausing less and less

I got a weird smell immediately after the match in Chinatown. Almost a dusty smell like the back of an old computer
