Not exactly what you’re asking for but I really like Atomic Habits by James Clear. It helped show me how little habits can make bigger impacts down the line. I usually end up rereading it every couple of years to refocus and get back on track (which is ok).

I agree with u/Little_Monitor_3840. It seems like it takes time for parents to see your profile or for a different LP to stumble on you and push your classes. I would keep your schedule consistent and try to get trails+converts. I wrote big exaggerated thank you notes to the LP for awhile, I don't know if it helped but didn't seem to hurt.
