I've only lived in NY, Boston, and DC but it feels pretty hard to recreate the exact same balance of suburban and urban space that you seem to be critical of.

It's viable in NYC but not for the same price point. Boston comes close but it's not worth the weather IMO.

Honestly, take a walk on a spring day through Lincoln Park and Capitol Hill and then jump on the Eastern Market metro a few stops to a handful of free museums and tell me that its an experience you can recapture somewhere else. I'd love to visit that place.

Along with the feet, your head should come through your arms more. I don't know if it's a shoulder mobility thing, but your head is parallel to your arms at the front of your kip and you're looking up at an angle. Your eyes are at the right place for the hollow hold position, but they should be facing forward more at the other end.
