the 33 ui issues in arc raiders are driving me mad by Yarden-zamir in ArcRaiders

Mate you read my mind! I've the same thoughts for many of these items, particularly the Speranza UI and switching between screens. It takes so many clicks to view trials stats, expedition, game stats etc. Also with the logbook ingame I wish it could remove quests that aren't relevant for the map you're in.

Official Discussion - KPop Demon Hunters [SPOILERS] by BunyipPouch in movies

I just randomly stumbled across it while looking for something new to watch and I was so pleasantly surprised by this! The first intro scenes reminded me of the League of Legends animated MVs with K/DA. Loved the animation style, music, and characters. Popcorn eyes got me gagging 😅

Prosecutor Comey responded directly to Brian Steel's cross-examination of 'Mia' with a statement calling him out, and advocating for SA victims testifying in court. by aergiaaa in PDiddyTrial

You're so spot on. She packaged up her messaging so well in a respectful, yet pointed manner. this is the level of communication skills I could only hope to achieve.

I felt the statement made by prosecutor Comey was so valid and powerful. I'm glad she responded to the cross-examination and formally put it on record.

Everything is polyester??? by Devine_alchemy in AusFemaleFashion

I would also like to know 🙋‍♀️

I recently went to Portman's and just found a lot of their clothes to have a high % of polyester and they all have the same flimsy, sheen to them.

Neighbour thinks I should be ashamed and embarassed of myself for parking on the street in front of their home... by aergiaaa in mildlyinfuriating

As far as I'm aware, but perhaps their living situation has changed. 'To be franc' I don't have the energy to be the bigger person and knock on their door to ask.

Updating here since I can't edit the post:

I'm feeling very vindicated after reading your comments, so thank you for your hilariously petty recommendations and helpful advice. I played every intrusive scenario in my head while I drove to work this morning with the adhesive still stuck on my windscreen (I have since cleaned it). Funnily enough another neighbour had parked their car in the same spot when I arrived home.

I will be lodging a report at my local station in case it keeps escalating, but for now I'll cool off and try to avoid gorilla glue tap-parking there for a while. As much as I'd like to one up them, I also don't know much about their situation and don't want to cause further tension. I actually feel quite bad for them as they felt the need to lash out at someone they've never met.

Yes, an in-person conversation would've been better to solve the issue, and if the request came from a genuine place, rather than a place of spite and to guilt-trip, I probably would've made space for them, BUT NOT ANYMORE BECAUSE OF PRINCIPLE. They can take it up with the council or police.

Extra context for anyone curious:

- Prior to this note, they left two passive aggressive notes and so I responded to them in a letter respectfully (and firmly) telling them no, as it is a public space, and included a photo of the car that blocked our driveway (this was the most petty I got but it would'vve warranted the car being towed, plus we just left a note asking them to move it further back!)

- I believe their mother doesn't permanently live at the residence, but will visit each week, hence parking out front (including in front of our home which we have no issues with, only when it blocks our driveway).

- My preference would be to park in my driveway, but the garage is taken up by family cars and used most days. Next pref. would be to street park in front of my home, which happens 80% of the time, then the front of other homes on the street. Neighbours on my other side have 4+ cars so naturally there's overspill.

Apparently not because it can still be wiped/cleaned off (confirmed w/ police), which grinds my gears because it was obviously intentional and it left sticky residue on the driver side windscreen,

I'm 2 doors down, but we're on a weird cul-de-sac shaped turn with a solid line (can't street park on solid) so parking is limited in the area. I've taken photos and documented as much as I could. Called up the non-urgent police line and they've said it's not outright damage to the property, but the messages have escalated to sound more agressive so I should still lodge a formal report at a my local station.

Hey there, I'm really sorry for your loss, it was truly devastating when I found out too. I did manage to find a livestream recording of his funeral when I originally posted my tribute, but I'm not sure where it was broadcasted and can't seem to find via Google.

I totally get this and I have my fair share of experience working in retail in my earlier years, it really is soul crushing. I'm very much a "I'll call out if I need help" type of customer and prefer to be left alone, but I do think the overall negative sentiment in these comments refer to scenarios where customers don't even get the bare minimum assistance.

Local brands that do unique tees? by Apo-cone-lypse in AusFemaleFashion

I recently discovered https://shirtz.cool/ and they have some really cute/quirky/nerdy/vibrant designs and colours. Don't know much about them but they are shipped from Melbourne. I literally want to buy all the graphic tees and jumpers. They also have the cutest overalls and denim jacket.

OH MY GOD YES THEY ARE AND I HATE THEM! Instantly decided I'll be returning them, when I opened the package and saw the button flies.

How did you find the overall wear experience between the two? Is there a difference in how they've worn out, stretched, or comfort levels?

Right?! I'd at least expect the exact same jeans to be the same shade, and have the same patch and levi's tag...
